1. Return & Exchange Conditions
- Products may be returned or exchanged within 14 days from the date of purchase.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.
- A purchase receipt or invoice must be presented.
- Installed or used air conditioners cannot be returned or exchanged, unless they are found to be defective.
2. Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been installed, altered, or damaged after purchase.
- Clearance or discounted items (unless defective).
- Custom orders or special requests.
3. Defective or Damaged Products
- If the product is defective or damaged upon delivery, please report it within 24–48 hours.
- Our team will inspect the issue. If confirmed, we will arrange for replacement, repair, or refund at no additional cost.
4. Refund Process
- If eligible, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after product inspection and approval.
- Delivery or installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our team.
5. Warranty & Repairs
- Most air conditioners come with a manufacturer warranty (5 years). Warranty terms apply as per the supplier or manufacturer.
- For service or repair within the warranty period, please contact our service team or the authorized service center.
